Role overview
Stix and Codes Academy is hiring a Social Media Manager to own our social media presence end to end, from strategy to daily execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an idea from concept to published content without heavy oversight, who understands what makes content stop the scroll, and who can turn social media into a genuine growth channel, not just a posting schedule.
Work structure
Hybrid, primarily remote, with required attendance at physical shoots and events in Lagos. NYSC PPA preferred; open to strong non-corper candidates. Reports to the Operations Team.
