Questions parents ask

Live sessions on video with a tutor, never recordings. Your child needs a laptop or tablet and a stable connection; we send the link and any project files before each class.
That is the normal starting point. Every band begins from zero and the trial class tells us exactly where to place them, so nobody is ahead or behind.
Yes. Children change their minds, and interests grow. Tell your tutor and we move them at the end of a term, or sooner if the fit is clearly wrong.
We do. Classes are scheduled in your local time, with weekday evening and weekend slots in each region.
